Shipping your order with care.
At Autumn Treasures we want our customer's buying experience to be a pleasant one so that we see you back often. With that being said we ship everything in a box wrapped in packing materials and packaged with care.
We ship everything via USPS, USPS Priority, and USPS Express
to ensure that you receive your package in a timely manner. Please note that some products come directly from a supplier, not all of our items can be shipped internationally from the suppliers location. If you wish to have any of those items shipped internationally please contact us to make arrangements.
We include shipping insurance in our shipping prices since we can not be held responsible for packages once they have left Autumn Treasures. Unfortunately, things do happen in transit when things get shifted in trucks, trains and planes. If your package comes damaged a claim will have to be filed immediately with the carrier.
Returns/Refunds*
We do understand that time to time something is ordered and it is not to your expectations or you simply changed your mind.
All returns must be approved prior to returning merchandise. Do not send back merchandise with out an RMA, this may result in a delay or decline of refund.
All returns must be returned unused
with care in its original packaging and with insurance by a traceable carrier with in 14 days of original delivery.
Refunds will be issued once the return is approved with in 7 days of Autumn Treasures receiving returned merchandise. Refunds will be credited back to original credit card. Refunded amount will be the original cost of merchandise, less any shipping, handling and insurance costs. Customer is responsible for returning costs(shipping and insurance), unless item has been received damaged from shipping. In that case a claim must be filed with shipping carrier immediately.

*Gift certificates are not refundable. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift certificates and store credits.
